• Your qualifying subtotal is under €150 — gift cards don't count toward this total, and discounts on other items can bring you below the threshold
• The gift style wasn't added to your cart before checkout — it can't be applied to a completed order
• A non-eligible style was added — only the Bikini, High Waist Bikini, Thong, Shortie, and Boyshort qualify
