How do I return or exchange a wool& item?Updated 9 days ago
To start the exchange or return process, have your order number (#12345E) and your zip code or email address ready, then head to eu.wooland.com/apps/returns. From there, you can start a return for a refund (subject to an €8 fee per order), start a return for a gift card, or exchange your item for another size, color, or style.
You'll automatically receive a prepaid return label if you are shipping from France, Germany, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom.
We will follow up and email a prepaid return label if you are shipping from the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.
If you don't see your country, you’ll need to pay for return shipping back to us at the following address.

Shipping your return or exchange back to our fulfillment center is at your expense. Mail your exchange or return to our warehouse at the address below. Please write your order number on the parcel.
If you received a return label by email or paid for your own return label, send us an email at [email protected] with your tracking number and we'll process your return as soon as we verify it is tracking.
